SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We work very hard to make sure that your experience with People Animal World is positive and satisfactory. When you place an order on our website, we will work as quickly as we can to fulfill your order. About the shipping process, since we offer 2 types of product on our website which are non-custom and custom or personalized items, thus, the shipping process of these 2 items will be different. Please see more details in our “PROCESSING TIME” section below.

PROCESSING TIME

The time we need to prepare your order for shipping (processing time) for non-custom items is 1-3 business days of clear payment. For custom or personalized items, the processing time may take up to 3-7 business days after your order is finalized and confirmed.

And, if your order has a combination of non-custom and custom (personalized) items, we will ship them together when your custom item is completed. But, if you prefer to get the non-custom item shipped to you first, then, you can pay an additional shipping fee and have custom item shipped to you separately too.

***Please note that processing time excludes shipping time. For shipping time, please read our “SHIPPING TIME” section below.

SHIPPING TIME

For standard delivery, the shipping time vary according to your location. For USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and most countries in Europe and Asia, it usually take just 1 – 8 weeks only. For South America and Africa, the delivery time may takes up to 3 – 12 weeks.

But we also offer expedited shipping (EXPRESS) too. WIth this expedited shipping method, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days only (excluding processing time). And you can choose the courier like FedEx, UPS or DHL. The shipping cost of expedited shipping depends on the destination and the total weight of the package. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please CONTACT US before check out.

Therefore, if you plan to purchase our personalized products for special occasions like birthday or Mother’s day gift, then, please pay attention to the “Processing Time” of custom or personalized items and “Shipping Time” too. You can always upgrade to our expedited shipping service to shorten shipping time. With this express mail service, the shipping time will be around 5-10 business days only (excluding processing time) you have to contact us first if you are interested to use this expedited shipping service.

Please note that even most of our customers get their packages within the shipping time frame, but, it is not possible to guarantee the shipping time for international delivery. Actually, FYI, most packages reach the destination country in just few days, but, the waiting time depends on the efficiency of the customs and the staff at the post office of each country or each state too. So, in case you didn’t get your order within the estimated shipping time frame, you can contact us directly at contact@peopleanimalworld.com so we can track your package for you.

ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the specified address only. We cannot make any changes to shipping address when the order is placed. Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% correct during check out. Because, if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to ship the item to correct address.

SHIPPING METHOD

For standard shipping, we usually ship our items to you as “Registered Mail” via Thailand Post. This kind of shipment requires a customer signature upon delivery. So, in case you are 100% sure that there would be nobody at home to accept the package during the day, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address for your convenience instead.

And for expedited shipping (Express Shipping), you can choose the courier like FedEx, UPS or DHL.

SHIPPING FEE

The shipping fee for our standard delivery orders is based on the total weight of the order. You will be able to see the shipping fee of your order during check out. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over 99 USD or more too when there is not special FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING promotion available.

And the shipping cost of expedited shipping (Express Shipping) is based on the destination and the total weight and size of the package. So, if you are interested in expedited shipping, please feel free to CONTACT US to check the shipping cost of your order first.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you within 24 hours about the details of the shipping such as tracking number by email. Then, you can use this tracking number to track your order’s shipping status via the website that we will inform you in the email.

Please note that some countries have full tracking system while some countries only have partial tracking system. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier or local post office directly. Because we only have as much information as what you can see through your tracking number.

CUSTOM & IMPORT TAXES

Even most orders are delivered to you without any charges, however, each customer is responsible for any customs fee or import taxes that may be applied. We takes no responsibility for any additional costs incurred. Customs fees or import taxes are separate from the shipping charges.

DELAYS

Delays can occur in transit and that is beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee shipping time because there are so many factors involved with this process. And we are unable or responsible to offer compensation in the event of long delay. So, placing orders on this website means you have read and agree to the shipping and delivery timeframe. For all orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused through postal services.

LOST PACKAGES

We used signature confirmation for your purchase, so, if the delivery confirmation shows that the package is delivered but you have not received your package, please ask your neighbors, spouse, children, or roommates too because they may have signed or accepted the package on your behalf and they forget to tell you.

Please note, if you are still unable to find your package, then please contact your local post office to investigate the case for you.

RETURNED PACKAGES

When a package was sent back to us because of wrong address or because you didn’t go claim the packages at the post office or custom, we will try to contact you via emails to notify you about the issue. Then, we will send you an invoice in order to request for the shipping fee to ship the items back to you again.

Because you will be responsible for the shipping fee to ship the item to correct address, therefore, please make sure that your address is correct during the check out.

Please note that customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refund or exchange.
