People Animal World is 100% committed to your satisfaction and we stands behind the quality of everything we sell. We also check to ensure that the right item was delivered. Every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. However, in case you feel that there is an error with your order, please feel free to contact us and we will help you fix the issue immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is very important. However, please note all sales are final unless the item is defective (broken, discolored, wrong size, wrong item, etc.) and/or faulty. The defective issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving item and within 60 days of your order date. Please take a snapshot of the item and forward to us at contact@peopleanimalworld.com with the details of your order and some clear photos of the issue you have.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. We require all items that are being shipped back to us to have a tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost mails during returns or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For personalized items, we always try our best to make every piece of personalized items as beautiful as possible, however, because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable unless they are not made as ordered or there is a product defect. We are not responsible for your typos. In case you order wrong size, you will need to reorder because these custom items can’t be resized.
CANCELLATION
For personalized items, once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process. Hence, cancellation or modification of your order should be done within 5 hours. After that, we will be unable to cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded to the account you used to purchase your items in 2-5 business days or more.
